Computer Use Reporter convertly monitors what programs are worn on the computer, what files or Web sites these programs access, when they are accessed, and which practicable is on the computer at the stretch.     Computer Use Reporter is a software program seeking Windows computers that records what programs are worn on a computer. Specifically, it records the words in the appellation bars of any programs that are scamper on a computer. The appellation pole is the blue pole at the top of most windows. This appellation pole almost continually contains the appellation of the program (hence the appellation, appellation pole) such as "Internet Explorer" or "MicroSoft Word". If there are different users who have access to the computer, it records which practicable is using the computer at the stretch the program is worn.
